CaPS - Stay Grateful: Weekly Gratitude Session 1:30 – 2:00pm Join Meeting Practices in gratitude can help us regulate our mood, build our resilience, and cultivate increased happiness and satisfaction. Join us to learn some strategies on how to be more grateful throughout your day, and for a weekly opportunity to practice and to share your gratitude with our CMU community. We encourage attendees to bring a notebook and a writing utensil to the session. These are historic times; it will be nice to capture the whole-hearted moments through it all. Yarnivores - Meeting 6:30 – 7:30pm

Yarnivores is CMU's fiber arts club. That means knitting, crocheting, spinning, yarn dyeing, and a bunch of other fun things. Most people come to our club to learn how to knit or crochet. It's a great de-stressing activity and a super chill club atmosphere. We have virtual meetings that you can attend whenever you feel like it or have a little bit of extra time. We also provide a forum for those who already know how to crochet or knit to expand their skills, craft for charity, and show the campus community what fiber arts are all about. Meetings are Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm Pittsburgh time over Zoom, but if you're not free then we're working on a discord for people to access whenever!
